The Bayside Trailable Yacht Club (BTYC) was Incorporated in the state of Victoria, Australia on the 2 October 1985. It is a community club for people who like to use their trailer sailer (TS) for cruise sailing with family and friends.
Our members are drawn from all areas of Victoria.The club's constitution went through a review process and was completely re written over a period of two years in 2007/8 and again in 2013/14. The reviewed constitution was unanimously adopted by the club members at a special meeting and received the approval of the Victorian Department of Consumer Affairs (Justice Department) in June 2014.
The constitution is the governing instrument of the club and extends a set of rights and obligations upon the club's members. Please take the time to refer to the constitution from time to time.
